Adding more fruit and veggie juices to your diet when you're trying to live a healthier life can seem like the best option, but, not all juices are made equal...
There are a few thing to look out for when having a fruit or veggie juice.
Number 1: The words 'Concentrate' or 'From Concentrate'
'From Concentrate' means that the juice was dehydrated, shipped to a factory, rehydrated, and packaged.
While juice 'Not from concentrate' means the juice was put directly in the container.
Juice concentrates are are lacking in fiber and sometimes loaded with added sugar and preservatives or flavorings. That's not what you want to have on a daily basis when your aim is health in your body & mind!
