Easy Peasy Banana Bread (Vegetarian, Refined Sugar Free)

I love giving the gift of food! And a banana bread that's quick and easy to prepare with no fuss ingredients is always a great option to show you care. I personally love using Freesweet instead of sugar. It bakes beautifully, tastes great and has none of the damaging effects that a ton of sugar has. So this week, bake a banana bread and give it to a friend, family member, loved one or someone you work with to show you care!




Ingredients: 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed 3/4 cup Freesweet 2 organic pasture raised eggs ¼ cup melted coconut oil 1 ½ cups good quality all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract Method: Preheat oven 180 degrees C. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Combine bananas, Freesweet, egg, vanilla extract and coconut oil together in a bowl. Mix flour, baking soda and salt together in a separate bowl; stir into banana mixture until batter is just mixed. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean, about 1 hour. Enjoy xx
