MLW Chia Seed Pudding


You'd never guess that there's veggie juice hiding in this pretty pink pudding! Not only is Rugani Juice 100% Beetroot juice great as a colorant but it's packed with benefits like lowering blood pressure, improving exercise stamina, a good source of potassium & other vits and minerals. Enjoy this quick easy recipe and be sure to SAVE this post & SHARE it with friends & family ❤️ Ingredients: Chia pudding - 1/2 cup of chia seeds 2 cups unsweetened almond or oat milk 1/3 cup of Rugani Juice 100% Beet Juice 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen gooseberries 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 - 2 tbsp of honey or maple syrup Coconut cream - 1 cup of coconut cream (chilled) 1 tbsp of honey or icing sugar Method: In a blender mix the gooseberries, no dairy milk, vanilla and honey/maple syrup until smooth. Add the chia seeds to a Mason Jar, cover with liquid mixture, put the lid on and shake until it's all combined. Leave in the fridge for 6-8 hours. When you're ready to serve, whip up the coconut cream and honey/icing sugar until smooth & creamy. Layer the chia seed pudding & coconut cream mixture, top with fruit and another drizzle of honey/maple syrup and ENJOY!
