Superfood Cookie Dough (Vegan)

You know I love Superfoods!

And Wazoogles makes it so easy to get a variety of them into every meal with their range.

In this recipe I wanted to satisfy your sweet cravings while adding in all the good stuff I can, and who doesn't cookie dough, am I right?


I have to add a disclaimer to this post: this cookie dough is addictive, you will want to eat it all at once (don't) and you will dream about it every time you see a chickpea or Wazoogles Breakfast Bomb Chocolate Eruption. You have been warned.





Ingredients:


1 can or 1 1/2 cups of cooked and rinsed chickpeas

1/2 cup of smooth peanut butter

1/8 - 1/4 cup of maple syrup or raw honey

2 tbsp of Unsweetened Almond milk


Method:


Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender except the Wazoogles Superfoods Breakfast Bomb Chocolate Eruption and blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping off the sides regularly.

In a bowl mix in the half a cup of Wazoogles Superfoods Breakfast Bomb Chocolate Eruption and enjoy as is or as a dip for fruits like strawberries and healthy crackers.
